While we strive to provide accurate security assessments, we cannot guarantee 100% detection of all threats. Cybersecurity is an evolving field, and new threats emerge constantly. Our tools should be used as part of a comprehensive security strategy, not as the sole means of protection.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Verifying the legitimacy of websites before entering sensitive information
Changing compromised passwords immediately
Not uploading illegal, malicious, or copyrighted files to our scanner
Using strong, unique passwords for all your accounts
Enabling two-factor authentication where available

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

Use our services for illegal activities
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit our platform
Upload files containing viruses or malware intentionally
Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others

7. Limitation of Liability

ShieldSafe PK and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or security breaches.
